Futuri Content Cloud's Audience metrics will provide you with an in-depth picture of your social media footprint over time. Use this overview to really drill down and understand what the numbers are telling you.
NOTE: All Audience data is updated once a day at 12 am Eastern.
Dashboard
Use the date range filter to select the time period you want to view and then toggle between Audience, Impressions, and Engagement numbers using the buttons in the upper right.
Audience
This view shows you the total number of followers you have on each social platform both Over time and broken down in the Snapshot by percentage of your total audience.
NOTE: TikTok and Pinterest do not make their follower data publicly available, so you will not see those numbers included.
Impressions
Here you get an overview of how much your content is being viewed on each social platform. You can see how your Impressions are trending Over time and compare your visibility across channels.
NOTE: To understand what counts as an impression on each platform, please review the more detailed social channel notes below.
Engagement
In the Engagement view, you can better understand where and how much your followers are interacting with your content. See the Snapshot of where you are garnering the most activity and see your impact Over time.

YouTube
YouTube Social impact is measured in the following ways:
Audience: the number of subscribers to your channel
Engagement: the combined total of likes, dislikes, video clicks and video comments
Impressions: the total number of video views
NOTE: You must have a YouTube channel in order to view these statistics.
NOTE: YouTube may take up to 24 hours to process analytics on videos with fewer views.
Instagram Social impact is measured in the following ways:
Audience: the number of people following your account
Engagement: the combined total of likes and comments on your posts
Impressions: the combined total of media (picture or video) views and profile views
NOTE: You must have an Instagram Business account and more than 100 followers to view these statistics.
Facebook Social impact is measured in the following ways:
Audience: the number of people following your Page
Engagement: the combined total of reactions and unique clicks on your posts
Impressions: the total number of unique views of your posts
NOTE: You must have a Facebook Business Page and more than 30 likes and 100 followers to view these statistics. Not all analytics data will be available to pages with fewer than 100 likes.
Twitter Social impact is measured in the following ways:
Audience: the number of people following your account
Engagement: the combined total of Tweet likes, Retweets, Tweet replies, List Inclusions and unique profile clicks
Impressions: the total number of times your Tweets were viewed
TikTok
TikTok Social impact is measured in the following ways:
Audience: Unable to be measured as TikTok does not make these numbers publicly available
Engagement: the combined total of video Likes, Comments and Shares
Impressions: the total number of times your videos were viewed
LinkedIn Social impact is measured in the following ways:
Audience: the number of people following your Page
Engagement: the total number of Company Page clicks
Impressions: the combined total of Company Page and sub-page views
NOTE: You must have a LinkedIn Business Page to view these statistics.
NOTE: LinkedIn can take up to 24-48 hours to display the correct totals.
Pinterest Social impact is measured in the following ways:
Audience: Unable to be measured as Pinterest does not make these numbers publicly available
