Subscriptions


How do I add additional users to my account?

Once logged in, navigate to the user menu in the upper right.  Select "Subscription & Billing" and then click the link to "Add more seats" to the Content Cloud Creator package.


I have Audience, but I want the full Content Creator package. How do I sign up?

Great choice!  Once logged in, navigate to the user menu in the upper right.  Select "Subscription & Billing" and then click the button to "Update Your Subscription".



Cancellations


If I cancel my trial, will I still be charged?

The Content Creator Package is free for the first 14 days.  As long as you cancel before day 14, you will not be charged... but we hope you decide to hang around a bit longer. 


If I cancel my subscription, will I lose access to Audience?

No, the Audience module remains free, even if you cancel the other modules in your subscription.  We can break up but still be friends.


How do I cancel my subscription to the Content Creator package?

We hate to see you go but if we need to part ways, just head to the user menu in the upper right.  Then, select "Subscriptions & Billing" and look for the link to "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom.



Payments


I need to update my credit card used for my subscription.  What do I do?

Easy peasy.  Head to the user menu in the upper right.  Select "Subscription & Billing" and then go to the "Payment Methods" section to add a new credit card, change your default payment method, or remove a card.
